Transportation Responsibility

The Seller is responsible for transporting the products to the above address, and during the transportation process, the ownership and risk of the products will be borne by the Seller until the products are safely delivered to the place designated by the Buyer.

Delivery Time

When placing an order, the Buyer shall provide the Seller with the accurate shipping address, and the Seller shall ship the goods within 2 working days after receiving the order.

Shipping Time

The shipping time is generally 7 working days.

Inspection Rights

Upon receipt of the goods, the Buyer shall immediately check the quantity and quality of the goods. If any damaged or non-compliant goods are found, the Seller shall be notified within 14 days after receipt of the goods.

Force Majeure

The parties shall not be liable for transportation delays or inability to perform the contract due to force majeure (such as natural disasters, wars, government actions, etc.).

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved by the parties through friendly negotiations in the first place. If the negotiations fail, either party may bring a lawsuit to the relevant courts in Uganda.
